Home away from Home! Everything you need plus! So close to great bars, restaurants, and all the lake activities
Positive: The location was perfect for weirs beach and everything on the lake! Very cute cottage with a private yard and bonus having a hot tub

This place is not worth the price!!
Positive: The hot tub and fenced in backyard were nice to have for our pup. Host was friendly and accommodating.
Negative: This apartment was much smaller than expected, especially the bathroom. As soon as we entered we were overwhelmed by a mildew/stale cigarette smell. There were many broken items, trash can, toilet paper holder, drawers, Wi-Fi was not reliable. Very disappointing considering how expensive it was!

Positive: awesome place to stay for our trip to Laconia bike week! the place was very clean and was the perfect amount of space for two people. Hot tub was very nice also!
