Positive: The location was perfect for getting around downtown. We stay here for the Laconia Pumpkin Festival and it was in a perfect location.

Clean and charming spot for the night Positive: Very clean, beautifully renovated and updated as it is clearly a very old home. They kept the charm but updated just beautifully. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Negative: The neighborhood left something to be desired but for the purpose we rented, it was perfect. We came up to go to a concert and didn’t want to drive all the way home.

The best experience ever! Positive: Everything was excellent! The host was so kind and wonderful to deal with. She allowed us to park in the driveway before our check in time and also let us check in earlier. I would definitely stay again.

Positive: The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed, the hot tub was a nice touch. I would stay again. Negative: The place wasn't very clean and the shower was very very tight! If you are handicap or a bigger person you wouldn't fit.
